Privacy and cookies

The Bellantuono Table is a personal recipe website operated by Giuseppe Bellantuono. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Language preference

The site uses a first-party session cookie named bellantuono_locale to remember whether you selected English or Italian. It expires when you close your browser and is used only to display the requested language.

Administrator authentication

Supabase authentication cookies are used only when the site administrator signs in. They are necessary to keep the private recipe editor secure and are not used to track public visitors.

Anonymous analytics

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page-view statistics without setting analytics cookies. It may process information such as the page visited, referrer, browser and device type, and approximate region. The reports do not identify individual visitors or follow them across websites.

Your choices

You can change the site language at any time using the IT or EN link. You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings; blocking the language cookie only means that the site will use your browser language again on a future visit.
